Renovating our first gite, La Grange, we replaced the steep stairs and knocked down walls to make a bright and airy living room.

Then, the wedding day, singing in the streets of medieval Issigeac. And with Linda’s birthday, a tiny piglet she called Monsieur Marcel. Her reaction is worth watching!

The crew encouraged us towards the arrival of our first guests. It was a huge challenge – exactly what we needed.

We love seeing people arrive and then slowly come back to life. All it takes is a drop of wine, some cheese and some sunshine. We think food tastes better from the local market and the local wine comes without a hangover – but you should decide for yourself!
